9/11 Justice HowTo

How:

Find an elected prosecutor at the state, county, or city level who: 1. Understands that "9/11" was a false-flag operation, and that none of the actual perpetrators have yet been investigated, much less prosecuted 2. Is motivated to pursue justice for this crime, whatever the personal consequences

Why:

* An elected prosecutor does not serve a boss, and has the authority to open a criminal investigation and use the tools at their disposal to gather evidence, such as issuing subpoenas, taking depositions, empanelling grand juries, and issuing indictments. * A prosecutor can creatively identify criminal nexus - any activity related to the crime that involves that jurisdiction - which is the basis for a criminal suit.

Pros:

1. Prosecutors have sovereignty and authority to bring criminal suits without approval nor sanction by any other officials. 2. Advances cause of 9/11 justice even if jury verdict is negative - filing of charges, publicity, affidavits, legally admissible record of the investigation, creates respect in public mind. 3. 9/11 was so sloppy that criminal nexus is abundant. 4. Doesn't require thousands of signatures. 5. Doesn't depend on the goodwill of a judge. 6. Any of thousands of prosecutors nationwide could make this happen.

Suggestions:

- Attorneys in the 9/11 truth community should find personal connections into the prosecutor's office to avoid cold-calling and rejection. - The smaller the jurisdiction, where the prosecutor doesn't have to run a megabucks election campaign, the better. A county or city prosecutor, district attorney, or attorney general - they work for the people in their jurisdiction; not a Federal prosecutor - they work for the US Dept of Justice.
