* Nexus of the crime is manifold - including such as a local 9/11 victim, a local company whose offices were in the WTC, a local bank used for hijackers' funds, originating airport or crash site of one of the planes, location of hijacker's flight school, where hijacker's rented apartment or got drivers license or got pilots license, had a meeting, made a phone call, sent or received email, made gasoline purchase, hotel stay, etc.
